Rachael Buckland, Founder of Career Shift, is a qualified Career Development Practitioner with 10 years of experience in assisting clients to plan their future and transition successfully.   Rachael is an Associate Member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) and regularly attends workshops and seminars to keep her skills fresh, competitive and current.  With formalised qualifications as a Career Development Practitioner, Rachael is further focused on acquiring Myer Brigg qualifications in order to offer personality testing and career matching services of the highest internationally recognised standard in 2011.

Rachael has assisted hundreds of clients during her career and truly enjoys her role.  “This role keeps me on my toes, everyday is different and every client presents with a new journey and new challenges.  I enjoy working with people and gaining an insight into their personal situation and future desires”.

Rachael originally commenced assisting clients with career development and application material whilst employed within the Occupational Rehabilitation industry over 10 years ago.  It was her foresight that saw the establishment of Career Shift and the development of it’s wide range of services.

Rachael has established Career Shift in the market place and will continue working relentlessly to ensure its place is held amongst its competitors, by offering unique and innovative services to clients.
